What do the results mean?

Result descriptions

StatusDrivers Driving Instructors
Current The driver is authorised to drive the vehicle. The instructor is authorised to instruct students.
Not current – Expired The driver's accreditation has expired and hasn't been renewed and they aren't authorised to drive the vehicle. The instructor's authority has expired and hasn't been renewed and the instructor is not authorised to instruct students.
Not current – Cancelled The driver's accreditation has been cancelled by Commercial Passenger Vehicles Victoria and they aren't authorised to drive the vehicle. The instructor's authorisation has been cancelled by Commercial Passenger Vehicles Victoria and the instructor is not authorised to instruct students.
Not Current – Suspended The driver's accreditation has been suspended by Commercial Passenger Vehicles Victoria and they aren't authorised to drive the vehicle. The instructor's authority has been suspended, by Commercial Passenger Vehicles Victoria and the instructor is not authorised to instruct students.
Not Current – Refused The driver has been refused accreditation by Commercial Passenger Vehicles Victoria and they aren't authorised to drive the vehicle. The instructor has been refused an authority by Commercial Passenger Vehicles Victoria and the instructor isn't authorised to instruct student
Not Current – Surrendered or Withdrawn The driver has either voluntarily surrendered their accreditation or withdrawn their application for accreditation and they aren't authorised to drive the vehicle. The instructor has either voluntarily surrendered their authority or withdrawn their application for authorisation and isn't authorised to instruct students.

What if I can't find the details of the driver, driving instructor or vehicle?

If your results show up as 'not valid' or 'not found' enter the driver accreditation number again.

And remember, always get a receipt

It has the Booking Service Provider/commercial passenger vehicle company and driver details printed on it.
