Invoices

Commercial Passenger Vehicles Victoria will issue invoices for a vehicle’s annual registration fee two months prior to the due date, and then a reminder letter will be sent one month prior to the due date if the annual registration fee has not been paid. The due dates for annual registration fees align with the date the vehicle was first registered (or licensed) with Commercial Passenger Vehicles Victoria.

Once you have paid your vehicle’s annual registration fee via one of the payment options listed on the invoice a receipt will be sent to you.

If you do not pay your vehicle’s annual registration fee, your vehicle’s registration as a commercial passenger vehicle may be suspended and/or cancelled. If your vehicle’s registration is suspended or cancelled you will not be able to provide commercial passenger vehicle services until your registration is reinstated or you re-register your vehicle.

If you do not receive your vehicle’s annual registration fee invoice from Commercial Passenger Vehicles Victoria before the anniversary date of your vehicle being registered, or have a question, please contact the Call Centre on 1800 638 802.
